We've been locally owned and operated by Joshua Johnson, in Cadillac, since May of 2004. He was in the Rent To Own business for 5 years prior to starting his own company. Starting and owning his own business was always his dream. The self described, "Prince of Bristol". He grew up attending Pine River schools, where his mom also taught classes at Luther Elementary. He still calls Bristol/Luther area his home! You would have to look hard for him as he's always busy! If he's not down in the Luther/Bristol area you would have to track him down in Cadillac during the week running Double J Lawncare, home of Cadillac Irrigation. Our sister company, and one that he has owned and operated in Cadillac for over 15 years! His kids ( Tatum, Tanner) also keep him busy running around as well! 

 

       If you're trying to contact the store, you're most likely going to contact the manager, Kevin Baker. Kevin, is a Cadillac native and graduate of the 2001 class at Cadillac High. he's been with Out The Door since June of 2004. He started as a part time delivery driver, and has been running the store for over 12 years.  You'll often find Kevin, at one of the many golf courses in the area if he's not at work, or outside in the woods come fall! Kevin and his wife, Chrissy, have been together just over 20 years, and he has two great kids,  Shelby and Reed to keep him busy at home!  

 

       We are approaching 20 years in business and feel that we are still on top of our game! We really appreciate the local community of Cadillac, for supporting our journey as a small business in this great area we call home! You may not hear a bunch of advertising campaigns on our behalf. We feel that our monies could be spent on bigger things then advertising. We host one of the the biggest Ice Fishing Tournaments in the area in February! The Cash Bash Ice Fishing Tournament has been around for over 7 years. Almost approaching 200 anglers at their tournaments. Each winter we choose a deserving local organization to help out through our tournament! We have helped organizations such as the Cadillac Area Backpack Program, Vets Serving Vets, After 26 Depot and Club Cadillac.
